'The Residents at Berry Hill Plantation Resort' is 600 acres that will boast 1000 home sites with a high end golf course weaving its way throughout the community. The golf course will enjoy a 10,000 square foot club house which will include Pro shop, Grill, and Locker rooms. Adjacent to the club house will be a full practice faculty and outdoor pool.

The final Design to be completed by the Spring of 2006 with construction to start in the Fall of 2006.
